The design features an open, fluid layout that seamlessly bridges an expansive interior lounge with a monumental, louvred wraparound terrace. This outdoor clearing—equipped with a custom integrated grill station and floating stone fire pit—brings the surrounding city canopy and natural light directly into the living experience.
