Casa Oliva is conceived as an intimate urban retreat, where historic character and contemporary living converge to create a calm, residential experience in the heart of Roma Norte.

Set within a restored 1930s building, the project preserves its original architectural language—warm stucco walls, geometric details, and interior patios—while introducing a refined, modern sensibility through natural materials, soft color palettes, and curated furnishings.

A sequence of courtyards, terraces, and open corridors blurs the boundary between indoors and outdoors, allowing light, vegetation, and fresh air to shape the spatial experience—bringing a sense of quiet, almost meditative luxury to everyday stays.
