Oficina IIB is conceived as a collaborative sanctuary where architectural precision meets a warm, residential soul. Designed to inspire the creative process, the studio moves away from traditional corporate rigidity, embracing an open-plan layout defined by soft curves, natural oak wood, and a monochromatic earth-toned palette.

The space is anchored by a monolithic, sculptural stone workstation that seamlessly integrates nature, featuring a central olive tree that brings life and verticality to the room. Every element—from the textured grasscloth wallcoverings to the hidden storage systems and oversized plaster lighting fixtures—is a testament to the firm’s commitment to materiality and tactile design. Flooded with natural light and offering panoramic urban views, the office serves as a living portfolio; a curated environment where comfort, light, and texture establish a professional atmosphere that feels both elevated and effortlessly inviting.
