Avándaro House is envisioned as a serene retreat immersed in nature, where architecture and landscape coexist in quiet harmony above the lake of Valle de Bravo.
Defined by open volumes and expansive terraces, the project unfolds through a fluid sequence of indoor and outdoor living spaces—blurring boundaries and inviting the surrounding forest, light, and distant views to become part of the experience. Natural materials such as wood, stone, and woven textures anchor the design, creating a warm, tactile atmosphere that feels both refined and deeply connected to its setting.
Generous social areas extend shaded decks and open-air dining spaces, while private rooms are conceived as intimate sanctuaries—framed by soft light, organic textures, and views of the treetops. Water elements, including the infinity-edge pool, reflect the landscape and enhance a sense of stillness and retreat.
Balancing contemporary architecture with a grounded, earthy sensibility, Avándaro House offers a lifestyle defined by calm, privacy, and an effortless dialogue between design and nature.
